I built my team's first agentic AI system. When an incident hits, it reads ServiceNow, Splunk, SQL Server and app docs across hundreds of applications, then writes an impact statement leadership can act on.

A FastAPI dashboard and SQLite CRM that finds, scores and tracks real estate leads, drafts outreach with OpenAI, and books meetings through Gmail, Slack and Calendar.
